The official language of the WFSEC25 is English.
No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Certificate of Attendance
Upon completion of the WFSEC25, all registered delegates will be issued an electronic Certificate of Attendance, which will be sent via email.

Coffee and Lunch Breaks
Coffee and Lunch Breaks will be served in designated venue areas according to the WFSEC25 schedule.

Insurance
The Organizing Committee and the WFSEC25 Secretariat disclaim any liability for damages and/or loss of any kind that may be incurred by participants throughout the Congress dates. Participants attend at their own risk. It is recommended that participants take out insurance against losses, accidents, or damage that could be incurred during the WFSEC25. Verbal agreements will not be binding unless confirmed in writing.

Internet Access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all WFSEC25 areas.

Photography, Filming and Video Recordings
Please note that, by participating in the WFSEC25, you consent to the use of your image and personal information by the Organizing Secretariat and its use in materials, either online or in hard copy, for publicity and promotional purposes.
